AL-Mamoura company has been founded for Real Estate investment. special contribution company. According to the foundation certificate under the # 4995 dated: Jan/19/1993 with capital (75.000.000) ID. The main goal of the company foundation is to consolidate the role of the special sector and its active contribution in the field of construction and Building in Iraq through the way of selling areas and real estate for the purpose of building and Housing projects, including houses, buildings and other tourist industrial projects in the assigned areas and in a developed way and then renting, selling or trading on them. During the previous time and because of the inflation that occurred in Iraq the company found it self in need of the increase to the capital, which is sufficient to execute the projects and the plans for the company and for this reason the company increased the capital and as follow:

 In 1994 increased 100% to become (150.000.000) ID

 In 1995 increased 100% to become (300.000.000) ID

 In 1999 increased 50 % to become (450.000.000) ID

 In 2001 increased 100% to become (900.000.000) ID

 In 2002 increased 50 % to become (1350.000.000) ID

 In 2003 increased 100% to become (2700.000.000) ID

      In 2004 the company has divided the profits among the contributors and gave the contributors 16% and the capital has become (3132.000.000) ID.

     As well as in 2005 the company has granted shares added to 85% to make the capital (5800.000.000) ID

and in the year 2006 the company had capitalized its profits and granted the shareholders additional shares with rate 6.5% in order that the capital becomes 6180 million dinar

-and in the year 2009 the company had capitalized its profits and granted the sharholders additional shares with rate 15% in order that the capital becomes 7107 million dinar .

and for that reason AL-Mamoura company is the greatest company for real estate investment company in Iraq
