نبذة عن الشركة
تأسست شركة المعمورة للاستثمارات العقارية – مساهمة خاصة – بموجب شهادة التأسيس المرقمة م.ش4995 بتاريخ 19/1/1993 برأسمال قدره (75) مليون دينار عراقي
- الهدف الرئيسي من تأسيس الشركة هو لتعزيز دور القطاع الخاص ومساهمته الفعالة في قطاع التشييد والاعمار في العراق عن طريق شراء الاراضي والعقارات لغرض انشاء المشاريع السكنية من دور وعمارات وبقية المشاريع الصناعية والسياحية في المناطق المعدة لها وبشكل متطور ومن ثم تأجيرها او بيعها او استغلالها
وخلال الفترة السابقة وبسبب التضخم النقدي الذي حصل في العراق وجدت الشركة نفسها بحاجة الى زيادة رأس المال بما يكفي لتنفيذ خطط ومشاريع الشركة ولهذا قامت الشركة بزيادات رأس المال وكما يلي
في عام 1994 تمت زيادته بنسبة 100% اصدار اسهم جديدة (اكتتاب) ليصبح (150) مليون دينار عراقي
في عام 1995 تمت زيادته بنسبة 100% اصدار اسهم جديدة (اكتتاب) ليصبح (300) مليون دينار عراقي
في عام 1999 تمت زيادته بنسبة 50% اصدار اسهم جديدة (اكتتاب) ليصبح (450) مليون دينار عراقي
في عام 2001 تمت زيادته بنسبة 100% اصدار اسهم جديدة (اكتتاب) ليصبح (900) مليون دينار عراقي
في عام 2002 تمت زيادته بنسبة 50% اصدار اسهم جديدة (اكتتاب) ليصبح (1350) مليون دينار عراقي
في عام 2003 تمت زيادته بنسبة 100% اصدار اسهم جديدة (اكتتاب) ليصبح (2700) مليون دينار عراقي
وفي عام 2004 قامت الشركة برسملة ارباحها فمنحت المساهمين اسهم مضافة بنسبة 16% ليصبح رأس المال (3132) مليون دينار عراقي
وكذلك عام 2005 منحت اسهم مضافة بنسبة 85% ليرتفع رأس مال الشركة الى (5800) مليون دينار عراقي
وفي عام 2006 قامت الشركة برسملة ارباحها فمنحت المساهمين اسهم مضافة بنسبة 6.5% ليصبح راس المال (6180)مليون دينار عراقي
وفي عام 2009 قامت الشركة برسملة ارباحها فمنحت المساهمين اسهم مضافة بنسبة 15% ليصبح راس المال (7107) مليون دينار عراقي
وفي عام 2010 قامت الشركة بزيادة راسمال الشركة بنسبة 50% بموجب المادة (55) اولا من قانون الشركات وبنسبة 15% بموجب المادة (55) ثانيا من قانون الشركات ليصبح راسما الشركة (11726550) الف دينار عراقي
وفي عام 2012 قامت الشركة بزيادة راسمال الشركة بنسبة 18% بموجب المادة (55) اولا من قانون الشركات وبنسبة 10% بموجب المادة (55) ثانيا من قانون الشركات ليصبح راسما الشركة (15010) مليون دينار عراقي
وفي عام 2014 قامت الشركة بزيادة راسمال الشركة بنسبة 10% بموجب المادة (55) اولا من قانون الشركات ليصبح راسما الشركة (16511) مليون دينار عراقي
وفي عام 2015 قامت الشركة بزيادة راسمال الشركة بنسبة 7% بموجب المادة (55) اولا من قانون الشركات وبنسبة 9% بموجب المادة (55) ثانيا من قانون الشركات ليصبح راسما الشركة (19200) مليون دينار عراقي
وفي عام 2017 قامت الشركة بزيادة راسمال الشركة بنسبة 15% بموجب المادة (55) اولا من قانون الشركات وبنسبة 3.6% بموجب المادة (55) ثانيا من قانون الشركات ليصبح راسما الشركة (22780) مليون دينار عراقي
وبهذا تكون شركة المعمورة للاستثمارت العقارية اكبر شركة استثمار عقاري مساهمة خاصة في العراق
About Us
Al-Momoura Real Estate Investment Co. ( private company ) was incorporated according to the certificate of incorporation no m.sh 4995 dated on 19/1/1993 ;capital of (75) million Iraqi dinars .
The main objective of the company's establishment is to enhance the role of the private sector and its effective contribution in the construction and re-habilitation sector in Iraq through buying real estates and lots to construct residential projects ranging from houses and buildings besides other industrial and tourist projects in the regions determined for such projects the leasing or selling or using those utilities.
During the previous periods and because of the capital inflation that occurred in Iraq , the company found that there was a need to increase its capital in order to match the implementation of the company's projects , therefore the company has carried out the process of increasing the capital as follows:
In 1994 an increase by 100% issuing new shares (subscription) to become (150) million Iraqi dinars.
In 1995 an increase by 100% issuing new shares (subscription) to become (300) million Iraqi dinars .
Issuance of new shares( subscription) to become 450 million Iraqi dinars increase by 50%
In 2001 an increase by 100% issuance of new shares (subscription) to become 900 million Iraqi dinars.
In 2002 an increase by 50% issuance of new shares (subscription ) to become 1350 million Iraqi dinars.
In 2003 an increase by 100% issuance of new shares (subscription ) to become 2700 Iraqi dinars .
In 2004 the company has capitalized its profits and granted the shareholders additional shares of 16% ,the capital amounted to 3132 million Iraqi dinars .
In 2005 the company has granted additional shares by 85% so the capital of the company reached 58000 million Iraqi dianrs
In 2006 the company has capitalized its profits and granted its shareholders additional shares by 6.5% and the capital amounted to 6180 million Iraqi dinars .
In 2009 the company has capitalized its profits and the shareholders granted additional shares of 15% so the capital became 7107 million Iraqi dinars .
In 2010 the company has increased the capital by 50% according to article (55) first of the company's law by 15% according to article (55 second ) of the companies law so the capital became 11726550 thousand Iraqi dinars.
In 2012 the company increased the capital by 18% according to article (55 first ) of company's law and by 10% according to article (55 second) of companies law , the capital became 15010 million Iraqi dinars .
In 2014 the company has increased the capital by 10% according to article (55) first of company's law so the capital became 16511 million Iraqi dinars.
In 2015 the company has increased the capital by 7% according to article (55) first of the company's law and by 9% according to article (55) second of companies law the capital became 19200 million Iraqi dinars.
In 2017 the company increased the capital by 15% according to article (55) first of company's law and by 3.6% according to (55) second of companies law so the capital became 22780 million Iraqi dinars .
Thus Al-Momoura Real Estate Investment Co (private company ) is one of the biggest real estate investment private company in Iraq.
